1 month post ACL surgery, abdominal disorders

Hi I just did my ACL reconstruction 1 month ago, 2 days after the surgery was everything normal while I was at home and discharged from the hospital. It's all started on the 4th day I was sitting with my mum and suddenly I felt fainting, as my heart rate increased and I was sweeten I hurried up to the emergency they checked the heart and blood sugar and it seems everything were fine and the chest pain was advised to be from stomach and GI problem. Since that day, it was very clear that there something wrong with my abdominal, I was going to the toilet as normal but the stool changed in the form and color, and sometimes it was diarrhea. I was discharged from hospital with "diclofenac" and omperazole 20 mg, I used both of them as well as another ibuprofen I was have it at home but I took them with time gap frame and within the normal dosage, however I didn't take them for long time but for few days and then my knee already went well and the pain goes down without painkillers. After facing the situation on the 4th day, I was freaking out that the medicines causes the problems so I stopped all f them, after that I felt some pain in the chest and acidity problem I was facing a severe nueasa and loss of appetite, I went to the hospital the test me for H pylori blood test but it was negative, they gave me omperazole 40. I took that for week but still the problem is there and everyday is very hard to pass, fatigue, Nausea, gas, too much burping and lost weight and my food intake was poor. after taking omperazole 1 week I went back to do stool test and yet nothing was found the doctor say it's a disorders and stress due to your surgery and anxiety. To be honest I was really stressed after the surgery and depressed, but that all increased dramatically after I faced the symptoms. I did barium x-ray , it shows mild reflex shown with the water test everything else were shown normal, and there is no way that all I'm facing due to the mild reflex. Then I went to GI consultant, he also advised me to continue with omperazloe 40mg, Duspatalin, and Nausea relief Motilium, as there is no serious indicative were found, no blood leakage in the stools test or vomiting, or difficulty eating or drinking. Now I'm one week after the GI doctor visit, I feel better and my symptoms drained down sightly day by day but I can still feel it there and everyday I feel of some pain goes and come back in abdominal as it it's not hard or severe it just bothering and not normal, burping decreased but gas still there and the stool came back with almost the normal color brown and I'm afraid that I will be using the medicine for long time. I don't know what is the causes, is it painkillers medicines as I heard and I read a lot regarding these drugs, or is it sensitive response from general anesthesia or the surgery effect, or H pylori but not shown as I came to know that "PPI" reduce the accuracy of H pylori test result and at this stage how to test for H pylori while taking "PPI"? I'm really carious about H pylori as the symptoms matching a lot. I it normal to face abdominal disorders due to anxiety for a month?? as I tried to go over this getting out for walk and working out and doing relaxation, I believe it helped a lot but I don't feel it's physiological matter alone. I liked to participate my experience and your review and replays will be appreciated.
