10-20-30 mgs update

Hello.

I just want to give an update on how I'm doing. I've blogged a couple updates to keep track already but I'll sum up how I'm doing.

May 27 I started my 10 mgs of celexa after 4 weeks of buspar, which was not good for me. Took some time to adjust.

June 10th I went up to 15mgs. Still felt anxious.

June 19th went up to 20 mgs. Still felt anxious, but I saw the light at the end of the tunnel. I also been taking .5mgs of benzodiazepines the whole time to take the edge off.

Now, June 29th I went up to 30 mgs from the 20. The day before I had to fly to my in laws for a week for a memorial. Traveling is my anxiety trigger. I made it. Took me a couple days to adjust. I do feel much better. I'm not through the wools but I see the clearing. I am also dropping to .25 of the benzodiazepines bc I feel I don't need to take the edge off.

I am also not waking up at 5 am on my own being anxious about the day. I get antsy, but not toss and turning anxious like before. So I do feel better. Not 100% but getting there.

I'll see how this goes to see if I need to jump to 49, but I felt fine on this the last go around.

If you need anything reply. I just want to give people an idea.

Hi Brian,

I'm glad you can see the light at the end of the tunnel and well done you for the travelling. I like to pat myself on the back for those achievements.

I am only on day 2 of 10mg of Citalopram and feeling quite sick. I also have a slower heart rate, not sure if this is usual of Citalopram?

You're doing well

How much slower ?? Mine went down as well think it maybe due to less anaxiett?? Always get checked at docs if yout e worried thigh

When I'm up and about it's fine but when I'm resting it's between 40-60
