Well said Kaz...great...if only everyone was like that...maybe there wouldn't be the such high stress levels amongst sufferers...have a lovely day..it's 8.39am here, grandson just arrived...yay.:-) xx

we definitly need more support understanding and being BELIEVED would be a start from people, trouble is personally speaking this has been thin on the ground so to speak. have a great time with your grandson take care big hug from me to you xx

Good advice so true, but unfortunately a lot of our friends Family are sick of hearing our problems, and consider us as whiners, so sometimes it's best not to talk about your problems all the time.

Unfortunatly some people are like that both family and friends. It doesnt always pay to say anything and just plod on the best you can.
