I've been on medication for roughly a year or less and some mornings i wake up and totally forget to take them. If my day goes well i wont take my meds and if i feel sh*ty then i take them. The thing is ive been so irregular with taking them that i dont feel good when i do and dont. Its like flu like symptoms, not depressed but super tired. worn out half way through my day.

I am day 14 of zoloft and was told to take them everyday as they build up in your system and then balance out. Maybe you are not feeling good when you do take them becasue they are trying to build back up if that makes sense,
