How did you do it? Down to 7.5, then 5? How long did it take?
Hi Nancy I came down gradually from 20 to 10 over a period of 2 months was going to come down to 5 but doc said just stop st 10 and that was 6 aka ago
It can effect people differently, I have read that 10% tapers are recommended for fewer side effects. Also reduce slowly to give your brain and nervous system time to settle. Liquid citalorapram is great for reducing slowly when your tablets are too small to cut accurately. When I taper I am going to give myself 6 weeks to settle each time, I dont care how long it takes am sick of withdrawal symptoms affecting my life and work.
