Hannah, It depends on where the biopsies were taken. The perineum is whitened and that’s the spot that I would say is LS. The thigh areas may possibly be nigricans. Are you diabetic? Nigricans is often associated with diabetes. Does the perineum hurt?

I just had my perineum biopsied since I posted these and that was negative as well. I was prediabetic, but I’ve reversed it.

The biopsies can be false negatives but your skin could also be vitiligo. Has anyone suggested that? There are also other autoimmune problems that can cause de-pigmentation like is shown in your pictures.
