3 years of vulvar and anal itch, 2 negative biopaies and no answers!!! 12 doctors dont think i have it, but what else could it be?

Hannah, It depends on where the biopsies were taken. The perineum is whitened and that’s the spot that I would say is LS. The thigh areas may possibly be nigricans. Are you diabetic? Nigricans is often associated with diabetes. Does the perineum hurt?

I just had my perineum biopsied since I posted these and that was negative as well. I was prediabetic, but I’ve reversed it.

Well, shoot, three negatives…I sympathize. I’ll bet it hurts now. The biopsies can be false negatives but your skin could also be vitiligo. Has anyone suggested that? There are also other autoimmune problems that can cause de-pigmentation like is shown in your pictures.
I think the sugar issue is important. Keep following up on it. Do you take a probiotic? Try eliminating wheat…
