Hi everyone thanks to you all for your support and crossing your fingers for my weigh in yesterday. I have managed to lose another 4 lbs so in total that is a 16lbs weight lose!!!!!!! (just over 7kgs) yipee!!!! :lol: I did think that I might have lost more as been working my ass off but at least I have not put on!!!! Also the doctor was really pleased and said that as I have pcos I was doing great as for each 1lb I lose it is the same as 2-3lbs in someone who does not have pcos so that made me feel a lot better. She renewed my script and said she would see me at the end of October after I see my gyne specialist! :evil: She also wrote a letter to my gyne to say that I have been working hard to lose weight as apparently they are fussy treating people with a bmi over 30!!!
Still a long road ahead or should I say track!!!! But will keep going.
