Hi, so yeah I’ve got a pretty bad case of cystitis! I got the relief sachets from boots but they are bloody disgusting!!! Any advice on how to take it without gagging it up everywhere? If I mixed it with cranberry juice would it ruin it? ta x

with IC the powder doesnt help. but when i use to have cystitis i use to drink it with water or a small amount of cranberry juice. or try baking soda.
