Hi Team . as im sure you all know , this ill ness is a monster that cant be described . i have taken 10mg then 20mg and now 30mg for the past 13 weeks...... total of 16 weeks. i have had a few days where i feel better ( ok) but my anxiety , foggy brain , "low motivation always comes back and lasts for a week or so . Im struggling to keep my job when im down as my confidence seams lost . Can any one provide any support or words of wisdom ?? your journey is welcome .
