hi its been a while, ill get straight to the point and say im scared im gonna have a heart attack or something, while drawing on the couch I suddenly felt a pain on the left side of my wrist alongside with chest pain under my left ribcage and a heart palpitation afterwards , i read online that wrist pain is heart attack pain , the wrist and. chest pain happened at the same time for about 2 seconds, went away then happened again for a split second and went away, im only 17 i shouldn't feel worried about this but i am, and even before this, earlier through the day i felt a ache in my chin that came and went , i do have health anxiety anxiety, i have for a ywar now but this felt really real and worrisome im scared
Well understand what a heart attack is bud, it’s just not gonna be a small pain like that.
From my knowledge, it’s like more of a squeezing pain that lasts for a while in the center left of your chest. A friend of mine had a heart attack, he described almost like being on the bench press and having the bar rest on your chest with weight you can’t lift. And yes, wrist pain is “heart attack” pain. But that’s when the heart attack is ACTUALLY happening bud.
Now, also understand that unless you’re aggressively obese, smoking everyday, while leading a very sedentary lifestyle, or some genetic disposition, heart trouble in your late teens is really, outrageously rare.
I’m gonna say you are okay. And your nerves are getting the better of you.
