17 y/o with bumps on penis head, please help

hello all, im 17 years old, and since i was very young i have had these bumps on my penis head. i know some of them are Pearly peanile papules but there are some that concern me. i am a virgin, but im still worried these may be HPV. i have talked to my parents (who work in medicine) and they said it was just a normal part of skin.

Please help!!
