I’m an 18-year-old female with PCOS and hypothyroidism.
A few days ago, I started getting a headache during masturbation. This has never happened to me before. The headache now occurs every time with a specific type of stimulation.
Details:
The pain is mostly in the top/front of my head.
It comes on very quickly, reaching peak intensity in about 10 seconds.
It starts before orgasm, not after.
The pain is moderate but strong enough that I immediately stop.
After I stop, the headache gradually fades away, but I can sometimes feel lingering throbbing afterward.
I do not have weakness, numbness, vision changes, trouble speaking, fainting, or vomiting.
I do not notice a racing heart, chest pain, or dizziness during these episodes.
One thing I’ve noticed is that this does not happen when I use my fingers. It seems to happen only when I use a strong jet of water directed at my clitoris. Because that method causes much faster and more intense arousal, I’m wondering if that could be related.
