19 years old with just 4 Inch Penis and more issues

Hey there, so there is some issue that has been keeping me out of my confident zone lately. Recently I realized my penile and sexual issues.
1- I am 19 years old and have just 4.4 Inches Penis (When Erect).
2- Semen discharge during ejaculation is below average mostly
3- The semen doesnt shoot out, it just gets out, dribbles sometimes and sometimes just gets out..

What can I do?
How can I fix the size, I really wanna help it.
And also concerned about latter points.

Okay, when did you first realise you maybe were not ‘measuring up’ to expectations in the genital department?
What you need to know is that at 19 your penis and genitalia generally will likely continue to develop until you are in your mid-twenties.
I wonder if you have any general health issues are there are certain conditions that can prevent genital development as it normally would occur? Are you an active person, or would you describe yourself as being overweight to some degree? The frequency of masturbation can be an issue in what you are describing, so how often would you say you masturbate per week, generally?
So, yes, the individual issues you mention can be worked on, such as point 3 - however, thinking in terms of ‘measuring’ yourself against some given average for erect penile length, or even being ‘below average’ in terms of the amount of semen produced are not always helpful as there are some many issues that can impact on both of these issues.
If you answer the questions I ask, then we can take it from there …

  1. You can’t “fix” the size because there’s nothing to fix. Some guys have smaller penises than other guys. It’s nothing to be ashamed of and it’s only a big deal if you let it be. It’s not nearly as important as you probably think it is. Any stretching or massaging techniques that claim to improve penis length are a waste of time.
  2. & 3. As said by the other guy who responded, this is probably due to the frequency of sex/masturbation, and your overall health and physical condition.

My main advice would be to stop stressing about it.
