Here we go! My doctor was reluctant to go up to 10 mg because I had terrible side effects with 5 mg. I am hoping moving up to 10 mg will start to make me feel better quicker! I have been so down these pat few days and have been clouded with negative thoughts. I just hope it gets better soon.
I'm on 10mg after being put straight on 50mg which absolutely killed me. It's really helped me so I'm sure it'll help you out!
Wow I can't believe they put you directly on 50 mg! I'm glad they moved you down and it's helping.
I know. I thought it was bad. My dad's been on them all his life and not even he got 50mg. They knocked me out, made me feel zombified, I had cold sweats, panic attacks etc. all in one day. It was atrocious. Then they gave me the "old lady" dose of 10mg and it's been perfect for me so you should see a difference with little side effects.
I had terrible side effects with the 5mg and that's why I was so worried about 10mg. But I am hopeful this will only get better!
