This is all new to me, I've had a bad back and due to this I've taken a fair few cocodamal which made me constipated which resulted in this external small pile. Doc has given me cream I am just keen to know how long does it take for the lump to go away?

Make sure your diet is changed to a high fibre diet and drink plenty of water.
