Hi, I'm new to taking these tablets so far things have been ok but I think my side effects not good.
I've lost 6. 3/4lb in my 1st week which I know is good but I have had extreme diarrhoea and stomach pains :cry:
My fat intake is low <5g for breakfast <10g for lunch and <15g for dinner. If I snack I only have no added sugar jelly or fruit.
Am I doing something??

Was you on a low fat diet before you started?
I know for me I had terrible side effects. They will settle down when your body becomes used to it.

as cluck mentioned it could be down to what you ate before starting, if you have an excess of fat lingering in the system the tablets may act on it
also are you looking at total fat, some people get confused and think its based on saturated fats
also what are you drinking, any fat in drinks (i.e milk) will need to be included
what sort of things are you eating?
Hi Guys thanx for the reply. My diet was pretty low in fat but obviously not as low as it is now.
I am looking at total fats yes, for milk I measure out 250ml of milk and count the fat content for the whole amount and use that throughout the day plus its 1% milk, anything else I drink is water.
Some examples of meals are
Breakfast - rice krispies (no sugar)
Lunch - sweet potato with low low cheese or low fat philly
Dinner - pasta with tomato sauce, chicken breast with cous cous, roasted veg pasta etc all home cooked all <15g
I'm hoping the side effects will subside xx
