Evening Kathy. Going home in 2 days is not uncommon. Both times I had my hip replacements I left hospital within 2 days. I guess if you have complications they keep you longer. Wishing you all the best for a speedy recovery and healing. Hugs 🤗 Linda.
Thanks Linda. Xx
awesome indeed --
be prepared to have more emotional days, darling --- a roller coaster ride so to speak -- no rhyme, no reason, it just is ...
don't forget to be gentle with your self, kathy ... slow down when you are tired, rest and regroup - you and your body went through a lot and major healing is taking place -
allow your body to heal - little by little, baby steps -
It sounds like you are doing a lot right now ...
are you still taking pain medication?
take care and come here any time, okay
angel blessings
renee
Hi Renee, I am still on pain medication and being very well looked after in the hospital. I've been doing my exercises this morning while lying in bed as it's obviously very stiff from laying down all night. Didn't have the best night either so feeling very tired. Looking forward to hydrotherapy again this morning, but not looking forward to tackling the stairs again this afternoon. Best wishes, Kathy xx
such a busy day ahead - take your time okay ...
I hope there will be enough resting time scheduled and maybe you can take naps ..
good luck -- you are doing awesome
Hi Kathy, you should feel more mobile as the days go on. Good luck, Judith
Ps, where abouts are you?
