hello I have had these 2 little red bumps on my penis head for quite some time now. never grows, doesnt hurt, they never have left. Im not to sexually active. I have tried to do some research but seems like i cant find anything that looks similar.

To me they look like blood blisters. Just leave them alone. They will go away by them self
