2 months missed period

I skipped my period 25th June and now its not come at all. 

I spotted on 13th July but no proper bleeding for 2 months. 

After not getting my period in July I stopped taking the pill to make my period come but that hasn’t worked. 

I get bad cramping and back aches. 

I took a pregnancy test on the 16th July but it was negative. 

Any help would be great

Were you on the pill when you took the pregnancy test?

That can affect the results of a test. Take another test now you are off the pill. It is probably a good idea to speak to your doctor about all this.
