2 months , Random body pains, Sore throat on & off, Slight difficulty swallowing..

Hi
I am panicking about the difficulty in swallowing food that is still on even after 2 months with Mono. The sore throat is on & ff. Body pains are on & off . I am concerned about throat cancers! Any one with difficulty swallowing that lingered this long ?

I had this! I even had an endoscopy. Everything was fine. I an about 7 months out and still have white spots in my throat.
