2 small spots on my glans penis, noticed 2 months ago and now it slightly increased in size.

2 months ago, just noticed a small dot like spot on my glans penis and within 2 months it increased in size and now two in number.. Do not feel any discomfort there, no irritation, no pain, no allergy. Everything is normal.. Should i be worried?

normally it appears as in the first photo when flaccid..
and it appears like that in second photo after erection.

do u have it anywere else ?? does the skin flake from it

it looks like a patch of psoriasis or eczema to me a doctor can prescribe some cream for it

No, nowhere else. just on glans..
and it doesnt flake..

usually it doesnt appear dry, its almost same in colour as that of glans.. but it becomes that dry white after the stretch for sometime.. i dont feel anything even if i press it or stretch it by fingers..

HI Saim, I have the similar patches came on a year ago and still there. The differences are your’s one skin colored and mine ones brown spots. Dr. said melonisis may be, forgot the term and said it should go away. But never gone..

there were 2 at first then increased to 3/4. Now remained the same.

Hey john, still dont know what is it but its been 2 years now and it didnt increase but the scars are still there.. And i’ve never been to doctors yet.. :smiley: i guess it healed by its own leaving the scars..
If you diagnose it somehow, kindly inform me then.. thanks

hi, I’ve got exactly what you have here and this is the only reference like it I’ve been able to find online.

exactly as you described, no pain, itchiness or discomfort, just noticed two small marks about 2 weeks ago. Also does the same appearing dry thing after being erect.

has anyone in this thread been to the doctor about it?

I’ve just been to the doctors and they said its a yeast infection and have prescribed me some antifungal steroid cream. I had a feeling it might be that and tried cansten on it which helped a bit but didnt get rid of it. Will update after I’ve used the course of cream

the doctor prescribed me daktacort cream for this which is an antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory hydrocortisone cream.

I’ve been applying it twice a day for seven days and its pretty much gone. There’s still a faint outline where it was but the doctor did say this might be the case and to leave it a week, then apply for another seven days.

do you have a before picture. did it look exactly like his ? soft some times turns red but is ushaly skin colored slightly flakey dry after a shower or erection? did ot darken or inflame when you used the creme on it?
