Hi, wondering if you can help! I have two small spots on my penis head that are not sore or painful in any way. There is no burning, etc. and showed up randomly 3 days ago. There was no puss or liquid when squeezed initially (though I think one may have had a white head to it, I’m not sure). I’m in a comitted long term relationship, and my partner does get sporadic cold sores, but we have never had any contact when present, only once fully healed completely (scab gone etc). I have never had a spot here before but am concerned as you can imagine! the bumps are slightly raised but thats the only way i even know they’re there. thoughts?
any thoughts? The spots do not have any fluid in them…so i dont think it can be?
