just wondering what sort of diet you are following? Are you doing the 1500 calories and 30g of fat. Whatever it is seems to work for you. Been on them for 12 days and lost about 6lb but have quite a few stones to shift so any advice or tips would be very helpful. :D

I think my weight loss may be similar.
I've been on these 6.5 wks and have dropped 19.8 lbs (1.5 stone) so maybe in 2.5 wks I will also lose the extra half stone! (averages to almost 3 lbs a week)
I'm also trying to keep fat under 30g/ 1500 cals (I do struggle with only 1500 calories though, so I eat a lot of fruit. Then again, I have no scale so I may be eating less than I think. Also, I do not have nearly the appetite I used to, and listen to when my body says, \"I'm full!\"
Also any time I have a touch of cheese in a whole dinner, I react badly, (I don't know why I am surprised, as cheese is so fattening! ) so I just can't have it at all. Also, I've been working out 30 mins a day, (we have our own cross trainer which is flimsy but it must be working. And I don't get winded all the time like I used to!)
