2 swollen lymph nodes for 2 years

Hi. Since 2 years ago till now I had 2 swollen lymph nodes that have been seen in ultrasound scan 12*6 and 12*7 milimeters are the sizes of them. 1 year ago I did another Ultrasound test and the doctor said they are there any more and the 2 things I feel under my finger in my neck are not lymph nodes but they are the glands that produce saliva. But I can't trust that dr.

Since 2 years ago I did many blood works like CBC and ESR and All was normal, I saw many specialist like ENT doctors and ancologist(blood specialist) and infectious diseases specialist all of them said it's nothing important. 

But now I feel one of them is getting bigger. I had not any symptoms during these 2 years no fever, not much weight loss, no chronic diarhea.

but since this summer I just had about 15 to 20 night sweats(no need to cahnge the clothes and sheets).

Could you help me please?

I have helicobacter and acid reflux too and maybe IBS.

Were do you feel it the lymth nodes.

They are just under my jaw, I can say under my tongue.
