2 weeks at 50mg, 3 week at 100mg

Hi all

was on 100mg over a year ago and tapered down to 50mg a couple of times a week. early december i became really low and decided to back on 50mg every day for 2 weeks, then now on my 3rd week on 100mg. had usual side effects but when will i feel better? i do feel better than i did but still no energy, tired, no get up and go, reassurance needed having a down day.

give it time to settle, you have had a lot of dose changes and your body needs time to adjust, just keep plodding along as you are, taking each day as it comes, they worked before they will again. motivation for anyone this time of year is low, the month of jan, cold dark nights and short days gets a lot of people down, you will be ok and you will get better

çhez everyone is different with their recovery but I would say another 2 to 3 weeks and I am sure you will be feeling more positive.
