So I be been having an on going issue for the past 2 years nearly where I get such a pain in my hip and upper leg I can't walk or even sit for any long period of time, this pain started when I was in the Army doing my basic training, the pain and treatment received by the army made me leave.
Anyway! The pain position is difficult to explain, it's all round the hip bone (that sticks out) on the left hand side, I can be painful on my side and back and also down my leg towards my knee on really bad days, but mostly it in the hip bone area and down the outside of my leg in a sort of L shape of you like, starting at the inner joint of my leg to hip and running all the way round. The pain is so bad that I wants to cry on its bad days, other days aren't to bad and I can work and go to the gym, the pain can only be discribed as sharpe prolonged stabbing with a serious ache.
Now I've had an MRI with injection and a CT scan as well as x-rays and nothing has come up, my doctor (a specialist in his field) just told me to get used to the pain because there was nothing he could do, now I'm only 22 years old and have to use crutches to even move around my own house and take a lot more pain killers than proberly recommended.
I just wondered if anyone else has ever felt a pain like this before or have any advised about what to do!
