So I’ve been on 20mg of cit for 8 weeks now... I’ve had some improvements, however still suffering with my anxiety and low mood so I’ve decided to up my dose to 30mg (starting on Monday)
Any of you out there made this decision? What can I expect to happen?
I'm on day 2 of 30mg and haven't noticed any side effects or differences from my 20mg dose yet.

20 mg was okay ups n downs. I'm on it for anxiety.
