has anyone experienced some side effects like fog, dizzy shaky when going from 10 mg to 20 mg of lexapro? ive been on 20 mg for a week - 4 weeks on 10 and still dealing w tough health anxiety, panic and dont want to leave house. the mornings are the worst for me and trying therapy as well im nearly 50 now and had a similar experience right before 40 and talk celexa and xanax back then but was completely off meds . now feel like a failure again. sucks but thankful for this forum
