21 year old 3 lumps inside tongue for 5 months?

Hello i have these lumps inside my tongue and they feel like little cysts? circles masses and they hurt sometimes and my tongue feels really heavy?

any causes?

tongue discolouration diagnosed as thrush? for a year

rash on chin under lips scaly and red? for a year

painful neck at front and sides for a year

mildly swollen lymphnodes for a year?

bad digestive issuses for a year?

any idea what it might be?

what will be causesing these LUMPS inside my tongue?

first is from yesterday ?

note that is not te lumps the lumps are inside my tongue in the middle n front? painful sometimes and are really hard

I have them too, and you have something white on the side of your mouth, I have that too. I really don't know what it is, always thought it was taste buds. But lets in into what it could be.

ello lucy the bumps at the back are enlarged pappille but i was talking about the lumps inside my tongue not those things even though they do irretate me sometimes.

the white thing on side is my wisdom tooth but its impacted ((ihave pericoronitis)
