21 year old. Experiencing erectile problems after surgery.

So right after surgery on my groin area to remove an undescended testicle I noticed that I can't sustain my normal erections anymore. I'm usually about 7 inches when fully erect however since the surgery I can barely achieve 5.5 inches now. Additionally I noticed the veins on my penis are very painful and hard when erect. This has been ongoing for about a week now. I don't see my surgeon for a check up until I receive an appointment letter so I'm a bit worried and would like some immediate answers as to what I could be experiencing

Good morning Zak.  Sorry you had that problem.  The only thing I can think of it that you are low in testosterone Have you levels checked.  If you only have one your not producing enough.  Can I ask why did you have the other testicle removed.  Even if it did not come down you were still producing testosterone from it.  Ken

I think you are going to have to wait for your follow-up appointment. I doubt any of us on here can speculate what has happened as this is a very unique set of circumstances.

If you stay at 5.5 inches, be reassured that this is well within the normal range.

You can wait till your appropriation is received. The doctor can give you a Better Solution.

Interesting. Cancer.org states the undescended testicle does not produce sperm but I will try to get my testosterone levels checked anyway. The reason I had it removed was due to the risk of developing cancer in the undescended testicle.

Thank you for telling me.  When you see your doctor maybe ask him if that would be a problem  Ken
