hi there,
i am 21 years old and ever since I was 18 I have had this nodule on the base of my penis. It seems to stretch in size dependant on whether i'm erect or not. It does not cause any pain and I am fully able to have sex without any discomfort. I thought it might be lympthocele but due to the long time its been here im not too sure.
any ideas?
Further research tells me it may also be Penile Mondor’s disease or Thrombosis of a superficial dorsal vein!
any help here would be greatly appreciated

That is your dorsal vein. All men have them. Some show more then others. I have one that is bigger then yours. Mine goes from the base to the middle of the penis.
