Okay, I'm freaking out now. I'm 23 years old and I've had penis sensitivity issues dating two years back, I used a homemade sex toy that basically damaged nerves in the glans and as a result it became uncomfortably sensitive. Masturbating started being painful back then, and so did sex. But one thing I had going for me at least was that orgasms still felt genuine, that is even though getting there has become a problem, I never have had problems with orgasms themselves. This all changed two days ago, when I ejaculated and suddenly the whole pleasurable feeling disappeared instantly. I'm taking no drugs, so no reason my orgasms should be weakened. Maybe my nerves in the glans are deteriorating instead of getting better. I thought it was a fluke so I gave it another go today, same result. Getting there felt okay, but orgasm itself is like it's not even there. The feeling is so weak, that the only reason I can tell I came is because I ejaculated. I have no clue what's going on and I can't talk to a doc because of the whole corona situation. Our country is on a lock down and we can't leave our homes. I'm also quarantined for 14 days. I'm really scared that at this point it's all downhill. Ever since I damaged my glans 2 years ago it hasn't gotten better at all, and lately it has been getting worse. I'm scared I might lose all feeling. Anyone ever had this happen? One thing I noticed happening lately is my sperm has been getting really really thick to the point I have to physically push it out of my penis using my fingers. I have no idea why this has been happening and I can't visit a doctor to ask... please some advice would be appreciated !!

Have you had any blood tests recently?
I don’t think you need to worry. Our bodies go through changes - particularly after puberty is done with - and then changes slow down until 30’s / 40’s+. Sometimes a ‘glitch in the matrix’ causes a temporary issue.
There are too many variables to consider without further investigation.
Are there any other symptoms you have noticed unrelated to your penis? Any feeling or signs on your body?
Blood test should also consist of a Thyroid check and a Testosterone. I suspect your doctor will not order these until the standard ones are back.
