Halo everyone , it happend one day at work where I sat down and suddenly it felt like I was Having a panic attack followed by feeling bad its been 5 weeks now , been to doctor 5 time thinking I have a sereos Ilness , latley i feel I cant breath something in my throate and heart beating out of my chest , pain in chest 24/7 , sometimes I get headaches , and weird stomach problems , either Im constipated or dairhia, I'm new to this so I dont know how to cope or how to go on They dit EKG test 3 times and everytime it was fine , docter did bloodtest and something in my kidneys was picked up as an infection , but nothing more , I have to return for Ultra sounds on stomach to find out whats wrong , but Its difficult to cope I try to make myself realise its not going to kille me but it feels like it getting worse what can I do ? cause symtoms keep jumping around , its the one then the other then sometimes at the sime time
Hi. It sure sounds like anxiety. Have you been given any meds to help with this?? When my anxiety is at its highest my stomach is so bad and I fell.uke I can't bemrwathe. I don't sleep.or eat. My Drs have been great and slowly getting better with the meds. Only been 4 weeks but I can see some improvement. Good luck xx

Wait till you have finished all your tests and had all your results, you will then understand how your health is and if the tests are ok you will be able to move on. Some of your tests you have had the results, they proved clear. Did your Doctor give you anything for the kidney infection or did He feel it would clear.

He gave me antibiotics for that , and Im currently on 1MG ativan and 40mg perbloka beta blocker , I can feel it started working a bit but stil feel tense and stresfull about sereioz health problems , my final test are in 2 days and Im so nervous

Nothing to be nervous about, you have your final test and then you can decide the best way of controlling your Illness, Anxiety.
You need to remember with your Antibiotics, you must finish the course, if not you may find your infection will return with bells on
