Ive been writing on here for over a year. I’ve had anxiety for over 9 years. My health anxiety gets bad to the point where I’m scared all the time .for the past 5 days I’ve felt short of breath , like I can’t catch a good breath and I feel a pressure in my chest like it’s tired bc I over breathe . Have any of you experienced just 24/7 shortness of breath? i can feel the tightness on my back too
yeah me i can relate fully, i’ve had anxiety for a long time and i’m only 20 ; when i heard about coronavirus months ago two weeks later i started feeling heavy chested dizzy and yes back pain/tightness as well, it’s been like this for two / three months now, feeling like i cant breathe weird sensations, and so on, it was at a stage i couldn’t talk to people because the top of my head felt so dizzy i physically couldn’t do it, but you know what, sometimes i feel ok, sometimes i feel fine, and i appreciate those moments, you will too and this will pass eventually start running it will prove your respitory system is okay and that this is a mental anguish not a physical one , just keep grinding , you will be fine i’m in so much pain like you but life is still good
