and from my calculations I have lost 7lbs. bit disappointed but hey it's a loss and they said they like minimum on the first month of 4lbs so managed that.

Not been online for a while - your doing fab!
I felt abit down on this weigh in monday - do self weigh as u know - on friday thought had lost 2 pound, but by monday it was the same as before so zero points lol. But had drank ALOT at the weekend.
But in 3 weeks have still lost 5 pounds, and without any excercise. So I am kinda happy. For this week I have decided to re kickstart my gym to match the diet side - went on mon and going wither tonight or thurs again. Going to see if aids loss any. I run out of my first 4 weeks supply end of this week so have booked appointment to see doc on friday and wonder what she will say. Hopefully by then I will have lost another1-2 pound. Had no bad side effects - maybe tummy bubbleing abit lol - that weird feeling - do you ever get it???? Have had no jacket potatoes for lunch though and starting to miss them - used to with bit of low fat marg and low fat cheese with beans - but worried about the marg - not sure how much could have - a tea spoon, 2?/????? Have read some reviews on here though and seems some people are going hungry - I'm not. I don't eat the snacks etc I have a full dinner - pork loin mash and veg, or cod with stiryfy veg, or pasta or chicken breast - not much different t normal except hardly any cheese. Eating lots of soup also which hubby keeps making - talking of which - off for my lunch - low fat supernoodles today I think lol

i still eat jacket potatos but dont have any spread. i have homemade bolognaise or beans and a low fat cheese slice or my new fave fried mushrooms (lowfat/cal cooking spray) with lowfat garlic n herb philadephia.
from what my Dr said they want you to lose 4lb in the first month so you've done that so can't see a problem with your Dr. Everyone's scales are different so you may actually see you have lost more on the Dr's one.
Do think that exercise will help with the weight loss even if you just walk a few places. The nurse told me if I couldn't get out to walk then to remember to hold the stomach muscles in whilst standing at the sink, preparing food etc as it will help strengthen the muscles as well as burning some calories and if I'm feeling a bit more energetic then up and down the stairs. She did suggest swimming but that's so expensive and plus I don't really like it but hey if you do then go for that.
Jacket potato's, why have you stopped eating them ? I had an enormous one for my tea the other day with beans and it was loverly :lol:
