When I was 16 I had sex with a girl and the condom came off. A couple of days after I had red spots on the penis head. It went within I week from what I remember. Ever since this experience I have occasional red rash, dots that come and go on my penis head. I seeked medical advice and they deem it to be Balanitis. I never had a test for Herpes as a swap not available unless you have an put break. I have never had an out break.
Is it possible to have HSV 2 and not have any outbreaks? And can HSV 2 produce re-occurring rashes and small raised red'ish bumps on the penis head? No pain on peeing, no discharge.
