29yo concerned, urinalysis

Yesterday I went to emergency room because I've been having diarrhea for about two weeks and yesterday i had some blood. Doctor came in said my wbc was elevated 17 normal range is up 11. I got my urine results today and they say.

Slightly cloudy, protein 30(+1) when reference says it should be negative. Trace of ketones. Urobilinogen 2.0 when it should be negative. Wbc 6-10 when it should be 0-5. And sq epithelial cells 11-20 when it should be 0-5. All the other just are rbc and glucose were normal. I also have a slight pain on my back lower right side but it's not severe. It doesn't hurt to pee. I'm scared what could all this mean, I wasnt prescribed anything at the er

yaquelin, the wbc (white blood cell) count usually rises in response to an infection.  Diarrhea with blood can point to an infection of some sort, including the bacterium Clostridium Difficile.  Are you sure the blood was from the stool and not from your pee?  If the latter, it could just be a simple urine infection.  Did the ER take a poo specimen for analysis - if so, those results usually take longer to come back?   I would have thought the ER would have given you some advice and/or treatment.  Did they put you on a hydration drip at least?  You need further investigation asap.  Meanwhile, avoid veggies and fruit and high fibre foods in general; eat arrowroot biscuits and drink plenty of water.
