I found this forum about 4 years ago and found it great for getting valuable insight. I had bph symptoms 4 years ago and elected to have a GreenLight laser procedure. All went well and the results were nothing short of great. No urgency, no dribbling, no effect on ejaculation, and peeing like the proverbial race horse - all great. Last year, I began to get occasional blood in my urine. I had a CT scan and a cystoscopy and everything look fine, except for a vascular wall in the urethra, a result of the GL procedure, that will occasionally bleed when irritated by urine flow. In January of this year, I found that a supplement that has the usual suspect ingredients, that significantly reduced the incidence of bleeding from maybe one a month to once every few months. I had a second GL Laser procedure scheduled for late January as my Doe indicated that a second procedure could remedy that vascular wall, but I cancelled it, due to the significant reduction in irritation and subsequent bleeding. My GP weighed-in and said to bump the second procedure if a natural supplement can reduce symptoms. Well, as of now, my flow is still pretty good, urgency is a bit of a PIA, and recently, I am getting more incidents of blood in urine - maybe once a month. So, I am thinking of having a second procedure so I don't have to deal with the blood in the urine. Anyone here have the same vascular condition as a result of GL Laser? Anyone go for a second GL Laser procedure? Looking for some advice.
Just checking back in on this.
Any advice/insights would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
