I had hemorrhoidectomy 4 months ago, which left me with 2 nasty skin tags. It's almost as if nothing changed from the hemmoroids. I thought skin tag removal was going to be easier, like just frozen off, but after seeing my doctor, he says they are connected to a roid so the procedure will be like another hemorrhoidectomy, but "not as bad." He recommended the procedure. Ugh I am completely devastated to have to go thru the pain all over again. The PTSD is so real. Has anyone else gone thru it hemorrhoidectomy second time for skin tags/leftover of roids? Is this common? Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this hell I am about to embark on!
