I'm 3 days post of laparoscopy surgery. Removed a large cyst along with my ovary , i have been bleeding since the next day of surgery. I know it's normal to bleed afterward , but what's the normal ? I'm not bleeding to the point of soaking up my pads just kinda want some insight on how long I'll bleed and the normal amount .
I was told that bleeding was expected. However, if you need to change your pad every hour you shoud contact your doctor.

Hi Maria,I had what I would be describe as spot bleeding for up to 5 days after my surgery.this is normal.
Did you bleed a lot ? I'm not having to change it every hour but there is blood . Like when I wipe . Doesn't seem to stain my clothes or even my bed so I should be fine right ?
So your bleeding wasn't constant!!?
No it wasn't constant,but remember everyone is different,so it may be normal for some constant bleeding after surgery.try not to panick. X
Just read one of your earlier messages.i was the same,when I wiped myself after peeing I would have blood on the toilet roll.this is normal x
