have had these small white hard small bumps on my shaft, never have hurt nor itched. the fordyce bumps i have at the base are soft while these are hard and a little sharp. have kinda been staying away from sex due to worrying about them
I have the exact same thing. Three little bumps came out of nowhere one day and it hasn’t cleared up yet been a week or so.
i would get it checked by a doctor. I had one of these that never went away and ended up turning into a pilar cyst. Usually just caused by a hair follicle that gets “clogged”
