Looking again for some advice. i seem to be healing well at 3 weeks post op, the site has been tender. Now all the bruising seems to have gone my bottom feels sore. tingling, burning and feels like its hot, but its not hot to touch and isnt red (was worried it was infected)
Is this just the nerves re forming? or could it be internal infection. Bottom feels raw!! (posterior scar from mid buttock to hip)

Jo, you will get lots of feeling around the scar area, it is very early days, I still feel a kind of pulling at 32 weeks. Have patience it will recover.

I’m exactly 3 weeks post op today, and in the same place as yourself.
It takes bones at least 10 weeks to heal when they break, but it takes ligaments etc much longer.
