Hi Dainel, they could be fordyce spots or sebaceous glands. do you have pearly penile papules on the rim of your glans? they could be some of these. they are normal for some guys to have. if you’re concerned you should ask your doctor. I wouldn’t be too concerned unless they start to spread more.
