so my whole life i have had tight foreskin problems up until about sophmore year where i was 15 i was able to pull back foreskin and i notice the rim of penis was different color its been over 3 years now im 18 and its still there no symptoms no growths nothing i also have Pearly penile papules which you cant really see in the picture but i have a row of them under the glands and also my meatus is kinda like lips and thats been like that for as long as i known , ive seen other people have this condition on this forumn but does anyone know what it is!??
