Hey the title says it, all i know this was supposed to prevent from the vas deferens twisting post surgery but now it has been 3 years and the stitching has not dissolved, or if it has the right testicle is still attached to the scar where they entered!!
you need to show this to another experienced Urologist-Surgeon
something does not seem right. Also first the surgeon may put you on an antibiotics course and then schedule you for another corrective surgery. Please don’t take it lightly.
