I had unprotected sex. I felt mild burning when I woke up the next morning. My penis began to burn very badly as time went on. I was quickly unable to empty my bladder all the way and felt unable to urinate with out really having to strain. About 4 days after having sex I ejaculated a very thick white discharge. It never happened again. Two weeks later I developed a very bad pain in my anus. I am a staight male. I have never inserted anything in my anus and have no idea why there is pain there. I got tested and all my results came back negative. the only thing I now know I do have is HPV. I have been taken doxycyline and tamulosin but no results or pain decrease. No Dr. has any idea on what coukd be causing the pain when no infection or disease appears to be present. please offer any advice to why i might be experiencing this pain. thank you.
