36 days on sertraline 50mg feel no different?

Started on 25mg for 1 week then 50mg since but feel no different

was put on it for anxiety as ive had a dizzy/floaty head since sept 13

Find out results from mri on monday, keep getting weird butterflies feeling in stomach

Not sure if I need to increase dose or try another?

is 36 days long enough to notice a change?

I'm on these and just been put up to 100mgs, you should talk to your doctor about increasing the dosage, I've been on mine 4 weeks and apparently take 6 weeks to notice an difference.

I  have come off sertraline after 5 weeks.  I found they did not improve my anxiety symptoms enough to accept the side effects (sweating, nightmares, nausea, more anxiety, etc.) 

i have been taking venlafaxine for 5 days now and starting to feel a bit more like my old self.  

It may be time to try something else!

omg i had the same as you fromthe very start .i had very mild anxiaty issuses til i went on sertailne.

to be honest  i wish i never taken this drug its not for everyone sertainly not for me.i started off on 50mg ,could not take the awfull side effects so i took half at 6am then 6pm after a week i took the whole 50mg i had the worst time up and down . you name it i had it .

after 4 weeks i felt i needed more so iwent to 100mg .graduly i had 50 at 6am then 6pm,for a week then took the whole 100mg. up and down again . i had hypnosis inbetween which really helped the a cousrse the docs put me on 6 weeks to tell you how to copwe with anxiaty. 

last week i decided to come off all medication best thing i ever did. every one said stick with it and i did ,but all my god with a price .i couldnt go to work i cacelled a holiday i lost 2 stone .sex life went out of the window night swtts panic attacts and more all this since i took these pills .if i could give anyone any advice see some one who knows see a expert hynotheropy they know the brain better than anyone .its only our thoughts getting us into trouble .and if that was so our imagination can get us out of trouble.
