hi, im concerned now and for the future. happily married, always had high sex drive until this happened.
for a few years have noticed that my orgasms when ejaculating are becoming less and less enjoyable, also sensitivity has decreased in my penis, it almost feels numb at the tip, and any feeling i do have, it not very sexually stimulating, i may as well be touching my arm. it has gotten worse this year. i can still get erect, with stimulation, and hold out for sex, but sex i can hardly feel my old boy during intercourse, and can only ejaculate when i get a hand relief, which is enjoyable, but half of what it used to be in terms of sensation. i have also noted only recently that i am starting to lose erection during sex, which was never an issue.
the worst part of it, is when i touch it, or masturbate, i dont get any of that sexual sensation, it feels mechanical…
so much gumf on the web, im lost and dont know what to do…i have previously been on ppi’s about 4 years ago, when this all started, i came off them immediately (im not depressed!!). i thought at the time they may have ruined my sex life, i couldnt come at all on them…but that was years ago.
i also thought it could be overuse of sex toy (cock ring) has damaged nerve, and more recently, Blood pressure meds…
but actually, is it something else, am i scratching for answers in the wrong place.
really appreciate advice, do i go to the doctor? is this low testostarone , damaged nerves, medication messed me up for good ??
