Discuss Twin Channel TENS MACHINES, They may help you control your pains.
Some TENS can be also used as an EMS Machine as well, they can tone on muscle groups and make you stronger.

Hi Sandra, Sorry to hear you are having problems but I think the TENS machine is the way to go. I am 84 and had both hips done in 2016.... 6 months apart.
Since then, the hips have been great, but on long car journeys, up to 7 & a 1/2 hours, muscle spasms kick in.Last one was a week ago, it laid me up for 2 days...every time I moved a spasm kicked in and took my breath away. The TENS machine fixed it.
Coming home, I had a hot water bottle on it, also got out and walked around every hour or so, and had no pain at all, Probably a good massage would help also .Hope this helps.
God Bless you Betty ! I had hips done same time started life after3 weeks back to normal -this quad thigh situation just started PT claims it’s a healing process that happens after 9 weeks .... hoping that’s what it is ... so wanting to hear from my one with this type of situation ... sounds like your doing terrific kept up the good work and walk a lot if you can ... my best Sandra
