i really need help identifying what these bumps are. i sent the picture to my doctor and he said he cant tell from the picture. he wants to see me in person but isnt available until August. if anyone can help identify what these bumps please help! i cant wait until august to find out

thanks for your response. I know i have pearly penile papules but thats around the head of my genitals. I dont think the bumps in the red circle are papules. they appeared one day and completely vanished the next day and it was slightly itchy. ive never experienced anything like that before
